 Thank you for selecting and playing Studioflex professional audio cables.  We want you to enjoy your new cable for a very long time and we’re committed to offering the best cable on the market. Using high quality materials along with  rigorous quality control, we ensure this promise to you. However In the unlikely event your Studioflex cable has an issue, it will be replaced at no charge.

 

Terms of Warranty Service

Studioflex warrants its cables and connectors to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use for the purpose for which they were designed.  Our Lifetime Warranty covers the original owner with valid proof of purchase.    

 Defects due to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence and shipping damage are excluded from this warranty.  Studioflex assumes no liability for damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the cable, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss, or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.

 

Obtaining Warranty Service

 Contact Customerservice@Studioflex.com  for assistance. If required a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued.

Any cables returned for warranty should be sent to us postage prepaid with RA number and a copy of the original proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem, and return shipping information. 

 

Unavailable Item Returned 

 If the item you returned is discontinued and is no longer available, Studioflex will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured.
